We received Emmanuel about 3.30 this afternoon, Pauline loves him, thank you so much, you have done a beautiful job, Pauline said she will treasure him.  Next march we will watch Hope being made, Pauline also said that if anybody asked her where to get a reborn doll, she will highly recommend you.

I have just unpacked my new baby Jennifer and she is just beautiful.  Thank you so, so much for all your hard work, she was definitely worth the wait  (I told you I wasn't the patient sort!!) Her hair is so fine and baby soft - no wonder it takes you a long while to do - and all those lovely outfits were a joy to unpack. Thank you once more Arzu, I can't tell you how happy you have made me.

Hello Arzu

Just to let you know that Annabel arrived about an hour ago!  She's absolutely gorgeous - I love her hair and can appreciate the time it must have taken you to root it all.   In the 'flesh', she is even more like our grand daughter as a baby and I'm sure she'll be delighted to see photos of her when my husband visits in May.   She won't get the actual Annabel until perhaps her 18th birthday!

Arzu, Thank-you for my beautiful girls, I love them so much and cannot wait till February 2010 when I get my third girl Arzu-ann. I love your work it’s the best I have seen and I will never buy a baby from anyone else. I’m also looking forward too Christmas 2010 for my fourth baby which will be a baby brother for my girls.

I have just taken delivery of Ruth.  Words just can't describe how beautiful she is.  I can't thank you enough.  Everyone at work is a bit stunned at how lifelike she is.  I absolutely love her, and can't wait for Kaia to join her and keep her company.

Just to let you know that baby Ruth arrived about 30 minutes ago - she is absolutely gorgeous!    I had great fun unpacking her wardrobe too!    She looks very good in a moses basket I managed to find here.   The work you have put into her is tremendous and she will be a wonderful heirloom for one of the grandchildren one day!
